1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, and using the Word Solitaire Brain Gym mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PANDAI HOLDINGS LIMITED SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. PANDAI HOLDINGS LIMITED MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING THE APP, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE FROM VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

9. Suspension or Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the App at any time, for any reason or no reason, with or without prior notice. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.
